Day 251: Review - COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence

Hello readers. Recently Iza ada tambah step dalam skincare routine Iza which is COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence. I never use essence in my life. The one and only reason sebab muka Iza a bit oily kalau letak some kind of essence or moisturizer akan buat muka iza even more oily. Tapi this one not too oily. Great!

Iza baca macam-macam benefit pasal snail mucin ni. Ada yang kata boleh preventing aging, improving wrinkles and scars. Ada jugak kata boleh produce collagen and elastin so that tone muka lebih sekata. But I don't know sebab dekat description COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence tak ada pun cakap semua tu. Is it a myth or not? I wonder.

Dalam essence ni ada 96% of snail mucin which is quite a lot and COSRX only claims that this essence protects the skin from moisture loss while keeping the skin texture smooth and healthy. And yes memang rasa smooth je muka bila pakai essence ni and rasa fresh.Texture dia like watery gel type yang nampak sticky sebab bila kita touch ada tali-tali macam tu. This product as Iza mention before not too oily and not sticky bila apply and cepat absorb.

Iza dah pakai essence ni about almost a month dah. For improving wrinkles, nope. So far memang tak nampak lagi la. Maybe kena tunggu lama lagi for this one.

For scars it's kind a yes a bit for me. Tapi Iza pun tak pasti is it because of cleanser yang Iza pakai or sebab essence ni. Tapi iza selalu guna essence ni lebih bila ada breakout. Tangan gatal suka usik muka yg ada tiny bump tu and cause wound at my face and of course leave scars after that. Biasanya iza apply either 1 pump and half or 2 pump je. But when I have breakout I will have 2 pump and half. So scars tu macam cepat pulak fade away. Interesting.

For even the skin tone tu maybe kot. Iza rasa macam muka Iza lebih sekata from before but not that really nampak sebab effect dia sangat sikit. But I can feel it. Hahaa. Boleh tak macam tu? :P

Overal Iza rasa it is a good product, maybe kalau nak lebih effective guna dengan COSRX Advanced Snail 92 All In One Cream sebab dia memang mention that cream can regeneration of damaged skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and dorang pun suggest untuk guna both product sekali. So maybe dia boleh double up the effect la kot.

Fo those yang allergic dengan snails Iza tak suggest guna essence ni. You can try something similar yang contain glycolic acid. 

The price is around RM62 - RM67 for 100ml. Boleh beli dekat Hermo or shopee. 

To re-purhcase? Not sure. Maybe yes maybe not. Depends on situation and if Iza jumpa any essence or serum yang lebih better. Or maybe Iza akan purchase the cream one pulak to get double effect. :P
